Midwest-based artist Ellie Braun originally got her BFA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a concentration in animation and graphic design. After graduating, Ellie shifted her focus to textiles and other physical materials. This shift allowed for her abstract and other-worldy work to find a home in physical space. Ellie is interested in creating her own reality and environment through her artwork.
