BIO:

Amaía Diez is a self taught visual artist. Her art practice is an exploration of self - of the body and the realms of the conscious & subconscious mind. As a highly sensitive person, she was always drawn to the inner world, and became intrigued by the tension between the self and the environment. Through photography, film, and performance, Amaía creates subtle and minimal visuals, that aim to encourage dialogues around topics such as the female, feminism, the body, and mental health.
